Kirsty Hall is an experienced Mortgage Broker committed to serving the residents of Albany and Great Southern Region of WA. With a background in finance, property management, administration and book-keeping, Kirsty is recognised for her positive, can-do approach as well as her practical expertise and knowledge in the field.

Born and raised in Albany, Kirsty’s connection with the local community —from its key agricultural and tourism sectors to its vibrant real estate and local business markets—sets her apart. For Kirsty, her favourite aspect of Mortgage Broking is understanding her clients’ goals and guiding them every step of the way to make these dreams a reality. • First Home Buyers and Construction Loans: Specialising in the First Home Buyer Scheme, Kirsty excels at navigating the complexities of these loans. She’s also involved in addressing the local housing shortage through the Great Southern Housing Industry Assoc, which works closely with real estate agents, builders, developers, and politicians in the region.
• Commercial and Business Finance: Focusing on expanding her expertise to support the growth of local enterprises.
• Asset and Personal Loans: Including car purchases, debt consolidation and personal loans for cosmetic procedures.

• Supporting Home Buyers: Understanding the path to owning a home is not always a straight line, and that saving a deposit for your first home can be challenging, Kirsty works closely with many clients to help them be ‘mortgage ready’. Sometimes it can take a year or two for clients to save the required deposit and, in some cases, to repair adverse credit reports. With Kirsty’s support, many clients have successfully saved a deposit, fixed their credit reports, and fulfilled the dream of homeownership.

With a high attention to detail, Kirsty provides an efficient, system-based approach and stays ahead of the curve with new products and lender policies through consistent professional learning.
